When does my Dyslexia Together Box ship?

When you join by the first of the month, your first Dyslexia Together Box will ship around the 20th of the month.

Monthly Subscription billing and shipping continue on a rolling basis. If you purchase after the first day of the month, your Dyslexia Together Box will ship by the 20th of the following month.

 *Standard shipping times may increase due to COVID and carrier delays.

After your Dyslexia Together purchase has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address associated with your account so you can track your order and view your expected delivery date.

To avoid the delay of your Dyslexia Together Box, please ensure that your Shipping and Billing Information is up-to-date prior to the 1st of the month.

If your Dyslexia Together Box has already shipped to an inaccurate address, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively adjust the shipping address for that specific box and recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they are able to redirect your package.
